CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means Asterí Swim collects all applicable import duties and taxes at checkout and pays them on your behalf, so there should be no additional charges upon delivery.

Duties and taxes included in your order total are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the relevant customs authorities and cannot be recovered if an item is returned.

Orders shipped to all other international destinations are sent on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged upon arrival. These charges are not controlled or covered by Asterí Swim.
